To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds are not available for items that have been opened or used.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@rksales.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized products. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
